Kelly Perry, MSN, FNP-C

About

Kelly Perry started her nursing career by graduating in 2019 from Indiana-University Purdue-University Fort Wayne with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She served patients in both critical and non-critical care hospital areas for five years in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Kelly obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University in 2024, and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Kelly is the Nurse Practitioner at the Spine Center of Fort Wayne, where she provides primary and holistic care for injured patients. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing and watching movies.
